God’s mission for our lives is to connect to Christ, Community, and Calling. There are nine key things that God’s Spirit guides and empowers us to do to better have those connections!

Imagine yourself before the presence of God in the last day, on the day of judgment. Imagine you are before God as He is separating the sheep from the goats. What would you say to God if He asked you why you should have the privilege of entering the Kingdom of Heaven?
What would you say? You are before your Lord Jesus Christ, who has the scars from the cross still in His hands and Jesus says, why should I let you enter? What would you say? Would any service we have given our Lord be sufficient?

Topic #1: The Heart of a Youth Leader =
Most important thing is your connection with Jesus. Tips and techniques are not useful without your walk with Jesus mattering. You must stay close to Jesus. That heavenly announcement is just as glorious for us today: No fear. Good news. Great joy. A Savior born to us. The Lord is here!
Fear of punishment and death melts away in God’s grace and the hope of heaven. The future holds no dread when we’re promised eternal joy through Jesus. Forgiveness and mercy take guilt and shame away. Our Deliverer has come - what can Satan or this world do to us?
